1. The provider

Reqad Premium is sold and provided by WEBDEV SRL, Șos. Pantelimon, nr. 286, bl. 41, et. 8, ap. 30, 021653 Bucharest, Romania, VAT code RO14810481, trade registry number J40/7484/2002. Contact: contact@reqad.com.

We sell our own service in our own name; your contract is directly with WEBDEV SRL, which issues the invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which acts only as payment processor and is not a party to the contract.

2. What Premium includes

A subscription covers a number of servers that you choose. For each of them you get access to the Reqad premium repository, from which you install and update the premium add-ons listed on the pricing page (among them the account panel, Hosting Pro, ModSecurity and the FTP server), plus priority email support. Access is given by the server's public IP address, which you enter and mark as Premium on your account page.

We keep improving the add-ons and may change, add or retire features over time. Support is given by email, on working days, for Reqad running on a supported operating system.

3. Prices and VAT

The price is per server per year, as shown on the pricing page and on the order page when you order. Prices are in euro without VAT; customers in Romania pay in lei with VAT included. VAT is added where the law requires it: companies with a valid VAT number in another EU country are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge), and customers outside the EU pay no VAT. The order page shows the exact total before you pay.

4. Free trial

A new subscription starts with a free trial of 14 days, once per account. You enter a card when you start it, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first year is charged to that card on the last day of the trial. We email you a reminder a few days before. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.

5. Payment and renewal

The subscription is paid yearly in advance and renews automatically every year, charged to the card you gave, until you cancel. If you add servers during a year, the extra servers are charged right away for the rest of that year; if you remove servers, the unused part is credited against your next payment. If a payment fails, we and Stripe retry it for a few days and email you; access stops if it still cannot be collected. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect; you can cancel before then.

Payments are made by card on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your card number.

6. Delivery

Nothing is shipped: the service is provided online. Access starts as soon as the order is confirmed, usually within seconds: once you mark a server's IP address as Premium on your account page, the premium repository opens for it within a few minutes. You get a confirmation email with the next steps. The invoice is sent by email within one business day of each payment. If access does not work within these times, write to us at contact@reqad.com.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, on your account page ("Manage subscription") or by writing to contact@reqad.com. No further payments are taken. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for (or the end of the trial). Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or as described under the right of withdrawal.

Add-ons already installed on a server are not removed when a subscription ends, but they no longer receive updates from the premium repository.

We may cancel an order if the payment looks fraudulent or the price shown was clearly wrong; we then tell you by email and refund the full amount paid. We may also end a subscription that is used to break the law or to attack other systems.

8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of ordering, without giving a reason: cancel it on your account page ("Manage subscription") or write to contact@reqad.com. With the free trial, cancelling within this period costs nothing. Where a payment was already taken, we refund it within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the card you paid with; if you asked for access to start during those 14 days, we may keep an amount in proportion to the part of the service already provided.

9. Liability

The add-ons are provided as they are, and we work to keep them correct and up to date, but we cannot promise they are free of errors. Keep backups of your servers. We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract, and in total to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage occurred.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under the mandatory law of the country where they live.

10. Your data

We process personal data as described on our GDPR page.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will tell subscribers about important changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. Disputes with businesses go to the competent courts in Bucharest. Please contact us first at contact@reqad.com: we will try to solve any problem directly. Consumers can also use alternative dispute resolution through the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.
