Reqad issues free Let's Encrypt / ACME certificates for the panel hostname and every hosted domain, and renews them automatically.
Issue a certificate
- Tick Create Let's Encrypt certificate when creating an account, or
- Open SSL certificates for a domain and request one.
- Reqad validates the domain and installs the certificate in nginx/Apache.
Other options
- Replace an existing certificate with a Let's Encrypt one.
- Import an existing private key and intermediate certificate.
- Wildcard and multi-domain certificates (e.g. via Cloudflare DNS).
Renewal
Certificates renew automatically before they expire. If a domain points elsewhere, issuance will fail - Reqad reports the error so you can fix DNS and retry.
When a manually installed certificate covers a mail domain, restart exim/dovecot so the new certificate is picked up for IMAP/SMTP.
